Technical Author
Location: Cambridge

Highly experienced and well-organised technical author to play an important role in providing end user documentation for a leading global financial services company. Experience and Knowledge required:
- Creative, dynamic and proactive approach
- Proven experience as a technical author
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of RoboHelp or other online authoring tool
- Experience using screen and video capture and basic screenshot editing software (e.g., Macromedia Captivate, Paintshop Pro, Snagit)
- Flexible approach to projects, to meet changing requirements, as well as some experience coordinating/project managing aspects of technical documentation projects, such as coordinating with translators and graphic designers.
Senior Technical Author (part-time)
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £30-35 per hour

Leading financial organisation looking for a part-time technical author with Robohelp experience. Good written and communication skills are essential, plus several years' experience as a technical author. The work can be done from remote, with onsite visits to attend meetings, as required by the client.
Graphic designer (freelance)
Location: Cambridge
Salary: hourly rate depending on experience and ability.

We are looking for a talented freelance graphic designer to work with us on projects for CTC and cients of ours. The designer will need good communication skills, creativity, an eye for detail, and familiarity with modern graphic design tools and new media, including Flash, In-design, Adbobe Photoshop, etc. The graphic designer will need to demonstrate a portfolio of high-quality work. Preference will be given to anyone with experience working for large, blue-chip companies.
